- Design and implement a lead generation strategy based on your business focus: Buyers, Leads, Listings, Short Sales, etc.
- Implement an existing lead generation tool, such as Call Capture on listings or in advertisements, Text Capture, web site leads, or another subscription lead service such as HouseValues, Homes.com, Realtor.com, Craigs List leads, etc. Track, follow up, and assist in the conversion of leads to active Buyers or Sellers.
- Assist with existing sellers and buyers to ensure everyone you are working with actively looks for referrals for new business.
- Collaborate a team of agents to maximize service and lead generation and conversion.
- Social Networking , Blogging, and Press Releases to increase raise ranking on major search engines.
- Design and/or implement campaigns to stay in touch with past clients, increasing referral rates
- Implement strategies given by third party coaches, mentors, and/or software programs such as Point2Agent, Top Producer, Smarter Agent, etc.
