Listings:

  • Design/Implement your existing Listing Marketing Strategies, upload listings and photos to your MLS,  order signs/riders, maintain call capture recordings, create flyers, manage Open House ads, etc.
  • Create online ads and capture links to existing online ads that feed from your company web site or your MLS, such as Trulia, RealEstate.com, Hotpads, OLX, Overstock.com, FrontDoor.com, etc.

  • Design/Implement/Manage automated feedback services such as ProAgentSolutions, HomeFeedback, etc
  • Regular seller communication via email (your email or an assistant email address created for us), giving them links to the online ads, hit statistics, and showing feedback reports

Escrows/Sales

  • Maintain all transaction details in appropriate online database – your software or ours (ours is free of charge and is included in our services)
  • Manage all contracts, turn paperwork into your office system and/or cooperating agents
  • Manage and assist with all contract sensitive deadlines, upload your contacts/deadlines to your personal calendar and/or email account
  • Communicate with buyers/sellers and cooperating agents regarding details: Homeowners Insurance Riders, Moving Details, Final Walk through’s, Commitment Deadlines, etc.
  • Communicate with third parties such as lenders and closing companies to ensure all documents and deadlines are met to reach an on-time closing
  • Maintain weekly communication with your clients during the ‘slow periods’ of the escrow so they don’t feel left out
  • Coordinate and implement post-closing activities: Closing gifts, post-closing thank you letters, post-closing call reminders, Lowes Realtor Benefits, database updates with new addresses/contact info, referral strategies, etc
